CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you are unable to attend an event, substitute delegates may attend in your place at no additional cost. For security purposes, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both registered and replacement delegates. Cancellations must be received via email at least 10 working days prior to an event. Full refunds will be made in this instance after deducting an administrative fee (£100 /A$200 /US$150, depending on the payment currency). Late notification or failure to attend will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Post an event, fully-paid delegates unable to attend will be provided with online access to speaker presentations insofar as they are made available by the respective speakers.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: The information provided on this registration form will be used to: process payment, create a conference name tag, publish in a participants list for the event(s) and used in mailing lists for future Biometrics Institute conferences and events. You consent to Biometrics Institute transferring your data outside of the EEA to its group companies and partners for the purposes set out. Please email admin@biometricsinstitute.org if you do not want your information published in the participants list or added to our mailing list.
