CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend an event, substitute delegates may attend in your place at no additional cost. For security purposes, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both registered and replacement delegates.

Cancellations must be received via email at least 10 working days prior to an event. Full refunds will be made in this instance after the deduction of an administrative fee depending on the payment currency (£100 /A$200 /US$150).

Late notification or failure to attend will incur a 100% cancellation charge. After an event, fully-paid delegates unable to attend will be provided with online access to speaker presentations insofar as they are made available by the respective speakers.

In the unlikely situation that an event needs to be postponed, we will offer the opportunity to apply registration fees to an alternative date for the same event. Otherwise, we will offer a refund of paid amounts. Please note that an applicable administrative fee applies in this situation and will be deducted or charged, as appropriate.

If we have to cancel an event for any reason, then we will make a full registration fee refund immediately, but disclaim any further liability.

The Biometrics Institute reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
