About the 2008 Biometrics Institute Annual New Zealand Conference & Exhibition


April 2008 has been promoted as the Identity Management Month in New Zealand by the New Zealand Government. The Biometrics Institute has therefore scheduled its 4th Annual Conference & Exhibition on the 3 April focusing on Biometrics, ID & Data Management, Border Control, Privacy and Biometric Evaluations. Victoria University of Wellington in partnership with the State Services Commission and the Department of Internal Affairs will hold an Identity Management Conference on the 29-30 April focusing on the development and future directions of identity management in New Zealand, and its wider implications for users.  Both events will be held at TE PAPA in Wellington.  For further information about the Identity Management Conference please email ict.business@ssc.govt.nz.
