The Biometrics Institute has named Terry Hartmann as the first recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising his sustained and meaningful contribution to the responsible, ethical and effective use of biometrics.

The award was presented at Australia House London on the evening of 20 October during the Institute’s Silver Jubilee celebrations.
