The Biometrics Institute is pleased to be invited to participate in and speak at select events around the globe. We believe that engaging with industry leaders, policymakers, and the public is essential for advancing our mission and fostering a trusted environment for biometrics and related technologies.
While we are not currently participating in any external events this month, our global engagement is continuous. We are actively reviewing invitations to select the most impactful platforms for promoting our mission and sharing the insights of the Institute. Our external participation complements our own events, where we bring together industry, government leaders, academics, and other key stakeholders.

The MOSIP Connect 2026 conference will be held in Rabat, Morocco. The Institute will be leading a session titled “Trust Under Test: Advancing PAD for Governments.” This session will explore the role of Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) in government ID systems. The discussion will span technical realities and field lessons to standards maturity and practical adoption pathways at a national scale.
